From Your List, T.J. Hooker.

But for folks in these parts, It'd be Andy Taylor.

Where's Columbo, dammit? The voice... that grubby mac... the way he'd finish questioning a suspect, then suddenly turn and say, "Just one more thing..."

The sandpeople had women and children. We know this because Anakin killed them how could he tell? The children might be smaller but I never saw a sandperson with breasts. Did they hike their skirts and show him some leg or something?

Also, I can see the point of wanting to kidnap a human and use her as a slave, but they didn't. They tied her to a flimsy easel for a month. It's assumed they had to feed and give her water. What for? Was she purely ornamental? I can understand them wanting the droids, you can sell those for a lot of money, but a chick who's only skills are finding non-existand mushrooms and getting randomly pregnant, you're not going to get much.

My dad looks almost exactly like Magnum PI.

He won a trip in 1986 to Hawaii in a celebrity look alike contest.

So I'm goin' with Magnum.
Booze-fueled paragon of pointless cruelty and wanton sadism.

From that list, Sledgehammer. However, my all time favorite is Briscoe County, Jr.

okay, crap, I forgot about Brisco...
that was sweet...

but columbo doesn't count because he was a sleuth...
I was looking for men of action.

Magnum was a PI but he jumped over a lot of cars, and punched alot of bad guys...

The Equalizer, i think was also more of a vigilante, but he rocked...
and he was played by Edwood Woodward, who played the cop in the Wicker Man.

do you guys realize...
that TJ was the only man in that list who ever wore a uniform!!!

but, yeah, sledge rocks!!!!

I was always partial to Edwood Woodward in the Equalizer. Used to love the show. Bit of a tough list to pick from though as many were favourites.

I'd have voted for Columbo if he had been on the list - action or not.

I'm also pretty sure ther was an episode of Starsky and Hutch in which they wore their uniforms. Been a long time though.

You want men of action - what about Walker - Texas Ranger?????? biggrin.gif

I love Monk....he's a sort of a cop.

You only seem to be interested in American cops.

Non-American?....Morse!

Hate everyone on CSI with a passion.
