Is anyone else having trouble posting on/viewing these forums at random intervals?

It's not even random for me. I can't access any forums aside from this one, and more than half of the time, it won't let me post.

I also have problems accessing the forums, normally I have to try at least 2 or 3 times before it works. At first I was sure it was my browser since it has played tricks on me before. (I still can’t get all of the paint out of my hair.) But now that other people mentioned it, I just want to join in……

Sometimes I just get a page with a long stream of random number, letters, and symbols on it. It usually goes back to normal after hitting F5 a couple times, but it's still annoying as hell.

EDIT: (*Ahem*) He's a sample of what I'm talking about, which I just got the first time I tried to post this:

That's what I get.
Also, mine would now appear to be the only forum that I can't get to at all.

Alright, THIS url seems to work:
http://www.chefelf.c...php?showforum=5
If anyone wants to toddle over to my forum, but can't get it to work, that's the URL that seems to be doing the trick. The Nightlife page only loads it with that address every now and then, so you may want to mark it if you wish to stop by.

EDIT: Nevermind, the forum keeps defaulting the URL that I typed back to the one that isn't working. Just click the "forum" button on the main page of my site, I guess.

Yeah, this started happening to me when I upgraded to the most recent version of Mozilla. It didn't happen on other computers with older versions or in IE or Opera so I just chalked it up to being a Mozilla issue and only use Opera now.

As far as the PHP script showing... I have changed a setting that should hopefully remedy that situation. Let me know if it happens any more.

Looks like it was a problem with Mozilla. I've had 0 problems since I switched to Opera.

Yeah, just as a warning... you may find that happens a bit with Opera. Not sure why. dry.gif

That's the script for Invision Power Board! Be honoured to have seen it! Honoured, I say!

I've found that if it takes an exceptionally long time, I can just click back to the forum and see that my post is, in fact, there. Odd, but not a big worry.

I don't get. Why should I feel honored to have seen it...several times...when it's most inconvenient? huh.gif
