One of the two. I loved this movie. The casting was spot on, the animation vibrant without being too bright, and it looked realistic too, mainly because they actually brought in real cinematographers to help on lighting and so forth. It was also a very heartfelt film for being so humorous and actiony, so it has the cute thing going for it too. Oh and Chris Mintz Plasse is in it too! I loved that guy in Kick Ass!

Yerp, a mighty good movie. I'm afraid I'll have to get my girlfriend some sort of Toothless-plushie to stop her from watching the movie over and over again. And one of those bumblebee-dragon-plushies for me, I guess. Now, I don't really know about the casting since I didn't recognize any of the English voices... they just generally did a good job, with the exception that I thought of Hiccup's voice as a little too low.

And yes, the effects and all were amazing. I keep catching myself getting all giddy about that everytime the big bloke sets fire to the ships.

Pop quiz, hotshot. Garry Kasparov is coming to kill you, and the only way to change his mind is for you to beat him at chess. What do you do, what do you do?

I'm pretty sure they make those, I almost want one now. The voices were kind of impressive including the fellow who played Leonidas in 300 and the guy who played Red Mist in Kick Ass.

Its interesting, I watched the commentaries and stuff with the animators, and apparently fire was really easy for them to work out, but stuff like Toothless sitting down or puddles of water was impossibly difficult.

The different concept, The story is well known. The unlikely heroes somehow inspires all those around him change. And this is exactly the hiccups, and it was made by Jay Baruchel. Not only the type of animation reminds me of Jay, everything about the characters seem quite real.
