I certainly don't want to dissuade you from writing your own stuff and the message board is not a bad place to do it.
My character may neither be a fool, nor a crock, but here goes:
Bonnie Washington was a LEGO girl with a big black plastic 'doo. One day, the diabolical human child "Dante" tied her to a helium balloon and she flew away. Bonnie's limited joints were powerless against the knot. The balloon flew around the world several times, landing in a manhattan of the future which had a glass levy around it, due to high water levels. Jonnie the fish thought it was funny that the humans built an aquarium for themselves, just as he was eaten by Goofie, a larger fish.
400 years earlier, Dante was crying because he knew little bonnie was never coming back.
Anyway, Bonnie's head was perfect for plugging the leaky levy of the future. Apparently Jonnie spit out another Lego person at an extraneously fast speed as he was eaten. Bonnie had to remove her 'doo, which is now in a museum of the future, hailing the hero who is still living prosperously with her head in the levy to this day, assuming this day happens to be between 400 and 476 years from this day.
