Right, for my Creative Writing coursework, I'd like to write about a guy who thinks he's pocessed by a demon. Ideally, I'd like to know what the hell I'm writing about before I do it.

Ideally, I'm looking at Jane and her Muses, but hell, the more voices the better...

I would suggest reading Del Del by Victor Kelleher. From memory, its not too long, and sounds like it could be similar to the brief post you made above.
