But that image does provoke some thoughts... Bush seems to be represented as a new sort of animal. He has a snake-shaped tongue, but it clearly acts like a frog/toad tongue. This animal an allegory for the neo-conservative that has risen relatively recently? An amalgam of ideas that have all been mixed to come out horribly wrong. The forked tongue, representing the lies and misinformation the right wing has spread via the slanted media, the frog-like lash of the tongue on the unknowing fly, representing the almost reflexive ability of the rampant capitalist on the wide eyed small businessman. Simply genius.

Hmmm that picture really sums up the battle over the privatization of social security, excellent comment Hannibal. When you think about it social security really is just a big black fly hovering over our heads. And Bush, representing big business control, is gobbling up social security both to enrich himself and to take the worry of the fly off of our shoulders. However some people want to eat the fly themselves and that's where all the trouble starts. Really interesting stuff, good work!
