but i can't beleive that wookie sceen only goes for 5 minutes it really feals like 20...

it makes my stomach hurt...
i've tried to play it at friends for a laugh, but they end up crying...
the plead with me... it's really quite disturbing the affect it can have on people...

now you just gotta get a copy of the dreaded second SW holiday special,
the one where they have to save the wampas of hoth...

with the original DarthTyrannus (played by Christopher Lee)...
must be Dokuus son...

That is very disturbing. The scene that comes to mind is not pleasant at all.

Hmmmm...

Potential torture implement.

WHAT THE HELL! ARE YOU SERIOUS! (Incidentally I looked in the TV guide for your Stained Glass Fish Bowl - but I haven't seen it.)

I really hope you're not serious. Chefelf say he's not serious. Someone? Anyone?

As I stated in the review... it's tough to get people to grasp how shitty this special is unless they see it themself.

I was under the impresison that this was all a lie ( http://www.stomptoky...-wars-xmas.html ). Unless the review date was just a coincidence. rolleyes.gif

I can't find any evidence that the second holiday special ACTUALLY happened.

"After much digging we found out that Lucas did approve a TV special with the Wampas, though it apparently never aired, making it even harder to see than The Star Wars Holiday Special! We did eventually unearth a copy, albeit a fuzzy, incomplete one. Luckily, the plot isn't too hard to piece together, although the production values look to be just short of an old episode of Land of the Lost. Pity George Lucas: every scrap of footage from every misguided project he ever approved or participated in will eventually find its way to the table of bootleg videos that lurks in the corner of the sci-fi convention's dealers' room. "

those photos came from somewhere...

You know what was actually good, in an old skool retro campy fun loving sort of way? The boba fett cartoon. I downloaded it about 3 years ago and watched the whole thing. It felt so dated, I loved it! Boba Fett rides a giant monster that can swim in lava, on a planet that is nothing but lava, or was it red water? Makes little difference, it still was fun.

Boba Fett's voice sounds great. "I'm Boba Fett", his first words.

It's actually the same voice as the movies... before they overdubbed all the lines with friggin' Jango Fett from the PT. dry.gif

Just read the new chapters. Jesus, I can't believe the 'pornographic video' thing... this is supposed to be a kids' programme, right?

The sandpeople had women and children. We know this because Anakin killed them how could he tell? The children might be smaller but I never saw a sandperson with breasts. Did they hike their skirts and show him some leg or something?

Also, I can see the point of wanting to kidnap a human and use her as a slave, but they didn't. They tied her to a flimsy easel for a month. It's assumed they had to feed and give her water. What for? Was she purely ornamental? I can understand them wanting the droids, you can sell those for a lot of money, but a chick who's only skills are finding non-existand mushrooms and getting randomly pregnant, you're not going to get much.

"I can feel your fantasy" or something like that.

Yeah, it's awful. But still better than the PT.

Diahann Carrol, about 26 minutes into her musical number.

laugh.gif Oh man, so true. If any scene seemed to take longer than the useless Wookie talk it was that scene. Great additions to an already great review

Since when does a pink mop suffice as a costume? And that thing with teh plastic hair is horrible. I'm starting to realize the true insidious nature of this holiday special. Are you sure watching the whole thing won't hurt you emotionally or mentally? Because if it does I'm not sure you'd be able to sue Lucas since you're working from a bootlegged copy. However, I am sure that if it were possible the case would be an easy win.

"Your honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I direct your attention to view the television screen to my right, where you'll see some wookies growling at eachother."

One minute later:

"Your honor, we've reached a verdict! Turn off the VCR!"
