QUOTE (Game Over @ Mar 24 2008, 07:20 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Actually, I have to totally agree with that. Though I liked CAD back when I was young (two years ago), I know that Tim's a pedophile who doesn't know the real formula of comedy and does not accept criticism. Now that I look back, I now in fact feel kind of guilty for falling into Buckley's circle, all those broke back strips with photoshoped layout turned me into a temporary retard.

The animated series was a disaster for me and it almost made me grow a tumor in my eyes.

So far, the adventures of Ethan, who is probably a disgrace to all Irish gamers (though he invents some interesting stuff every now and then, they all turn out to be nothing use to the human race), Lucas, Ethan's friend who is um...more like a talking cardboard with some mechanics on his face, Lilah, Ethan's retarded girlfriend who is forced by the writer to be a dull and pinheaded example of a female gamer (or maybe females in general) finally and Zeke, who would make Bill Gates to flush himself down the toilet.

I don't even know if there is a smiley to express my feelings towards the above link and its content. So far, Tim was forced to delete his own Wikipedia page after countless attacks and is now holding on his CAD page. I've lost my sympathy for him already.

This may be the future of Tim.

Winter-een-mass and Church of Gaming?
I feel stupid for laughing at those stuff.

I am also very glad I am not part of that community.

i might be too late to say this, but am I the only one who fins this to bee a feeble cry of conformity?

"I don't like ctrl-alt-del" says Yahtzee

'YEA, TIM'S A FURRY!" says moron 1.

I understand agreeing but to broadcast such a loud and base objection to CTRL ALT DEL seems almost like a cry for attention or a vocal ride a Yahtzee's fuck CAD bandwagon. Not that I object to the fucking of CAD. But the leap form bad comic to pedophilia, I just don't understand.

Lurk moar dude, probably why everyone decided to hate CAD "all of a sudden" is that no one thought about making a thread about it here since it didn't make sense. I (and im sure everyone else) hated CAD long before Yahtzee said anything about CAD, but since he did say something I decided to talk about it, though this thread was shit to begin with.

Yes, you are too late, take your adjectives else where.

Perchance there aren't as many as Buckley would like people to think.

Or perhaps the people from CAD just are peaceful and don't see the point in doing the stuff 4chan does. Maybe they accept the fact that Tim's not perfect. Maybe they realise theres more to life then trolling. Maybe they just don't care.
Maybe it's us assuming they're assholes when it's us.

Thankyou, Prof.J for bringing up the point. Naturally I didn't know what CAD was until Yahtzee complained, then I hated it, briefly, only to find that I enjoy CAD. There's nothing wrong with the humour. You can acuse anyone of being a pedofile or anything else and then formulate proof. Not saying he's not, but just doubting he is. The internet has a habit of exggerating.

After seeing that deeply philosophical conversation about how long it would take to slaughter the world with one assault rifle, I've got my reservations about the sanity of the CAD forumites, thank you.

Cough.

Oh, yes. I forgot about you. Did you know about this very helpful scientific fact?:

"Everytime you mention or think about Tim Buckley, a teenage girl gets raped and nobody would be there to help her. Think of the little girls."

"Everytime you read CAD comic, a young boy is forced to give a grown ass man a blow job. Think of the little children. Think of their sperm filled guts."

Those sort of philosophical conversations are what created video games like Manhunt and Condemmed.

What? Wait, wait a second. Oh hold on! I see what you did there.
Let's not start a petty little vendetta, shall we?

So? I probably wouldn't want to hang around those people who created these games, either.

Nice.
But would you criticize them for sitting around and talking about the way the game is? Corpses, blood and violence in all it's gory?
Y'see, it's a pun.

I thought being people who all gathered under a more intelligent fellow, there would be more, well, Intelligent people.

It seems that just as any other forum this is just as full of derivative B-tards.

Sorry to burst your bubble Ghello: but I think my adjectives will stay here and deal with retards like you who couldn't make a point if you worked in a pin factory.

I myself don't like CAD, I think it is flat and bland. It's drawing style is pretty simple and the jokes as Yahtzee said also fall flat and shoot the proverbial load too soon.

That is neither here nor there.

Simply, your post is just the retarded yelps of someone who wishes to be praised as much as his Australian based hero.

Buckley is a paedophile? Citation needed. Epic LULZ expected.
"I felt insulted until I realized that the people trying to mock me were the same intellectual titans who claimed that people would be thrown out of skyscrapers and feudalism would be re-institutionalized if service cartels don't keep getting political favors and regulations are cut down to only a few thousand pages worth, that being able to take a walk in the park is worth driving your nation's economy into the ground, that sexual orientation is a choice that can be changed at a whim, that problems caused by having institutions can be solved by introducing more institutions or strengthening the existing ones that are causing the problems, and many more profound pearls of wisdom. I no longer feel insulted because I now feel grateful for being alive and witnessing such deep conclusions from my fellows."
-Jimmy McTavern, 1938.

No citation available, he DELETED FUCKING EVERYTHING pertaining to it and permabanned everyone who has seen or heard anything about it. That's kind of suspicious, I mean if he'd said "That's bullshit, I didn't do it" and say, ban the guy who accused him, then probably no one would have said anything bad. However, he just banned absolutely everyone, including those who were actually defending him (poor misguided fools).

It seems you've also conformed.

Can you classify a noise as retarded?

It's /b/tard.
