Does anyone find plugging the "Vote for the Escapist!" thing a bit vexing?

Did anyone try it? I did--unfortunately. It requires to to register at their site, then navigate through 4,500 other nominees and categories that you couldn't give two dicks about.

But the actual review was pretty good. Almost---TOO fast. I had to re-watch it a few times to take it all in.

Quite random, yet enjoyable.
And yes, it was pretty fast.

I have a personal question from Yahtzee. Are you a Jew or a Nazi?
(Hey, that rhymes pretty well)

And it seems that you're changing...a bit. Also, you got the new 'Kitty' model which is cute but I wonder those kitties eat (but, seriously, I have to try those models out, even though they seem a bit stiff).

I asked that same question to a girl I met on the school shuttle. She was from Argentina, spoke Spanish with a French accent, English with an almost-perfect American accent, was blonde and very fair-skinned, and talked about her family immigrating to Argentina from Germany because of WWII.

So me being me, I asked if she was a Nazi, and she said no, she was a Jew. So I said oh, and we started talking about the upcoming election instead.

Maybe there's something wrong with me, but the Nazi/Jew jokes just weren't that funny. Neither were the baby seal jokes, though they were a step up from the Nazi/Jew ones, which is curious because Yz has already lampooned Hitler and Nazism in his reviews of Fable and Burnout Paradise, and all those went over better despite getting less screen time then these ones did. An

On a more positive note: YES, Love for Killer 7! It was sort of like watching a colorful, violent anime version of "8 1/2" turned game, and it contained the sentence "God and the Pigeon are One" and a schoolgirl who dons a plastic mask and shouts attack names before busting out the heavy artillery. By the end of it my brain was oozing out my ears and I absolutely loved it.

And the universe ending as a result of a deadly combination of No More Heroes and Branston Pickle WOULD be awesome.

I wonder how many people have actually gone out and tried those pickles just because Yahtzee talks about them so much. I wonder if it's anything like the number of people who have tried Vegemite just so that they can say they have and then complain about it. Aussie food: all seems built on a dare....

Well I loved it, as usual. Another one for my favorites, along with the Darkness, Heavenly Sword and Burnout reviews.

As much as I thought that the intro joke, with the song being too obvious, was a good idea, I was kind of dissatisfied with its implementation. It just didn't feel right, going from silence to review. I wish he had started playing something else random, or maybe just said "Oh fuck it, there's nothing else that works," and started the song back up for the last few seconds. Pointless petty nitpick, I know, but I had to make some kind of negative comment.

I didn't really care one way or the other about the Nazi jokes. I didn't laugh at them, but I was still laughing at the last joke, so whatever.

Escapist people, add "FUCK BABY SEALS" to the list of ZP quotes to make into T-shirts. Right above "I will die or turn evil."
When in doubt, plead sarcasm.

Christ, I must've spent hours trying to kill her when you fought her in the parking lot. I also love Killer 7, some of the scenes were priceless, espcially the Russian Roulette scene.

Quality as usual. I wrote my own No More Heroes review awhile back actually. Funny how some of the similarities are. Another thing that needs to be pointed out though was that the motorcycle in the game handled like a rickshaw on a tightrope. Also branston pickle is the shit.

The Nazi/Jew jokes are probably in line for te next generation of Jokes. Our children would sure appreciate them.

Luckily, we have the Muslim/Jew jokes which are quite funny (even though the most brought up topic of laughter is 9/11 and who did it).

In conclusion, most people don't find religion joke funny because they're not tolerant enough/are atheists/play first person shooter/are not looking for trouble with their local Church/Mosque/Synagogue.

What the fuck is Branston Pickle?

Something which is either:

1. What Yahtzee eats. It may contain Uranium and Potassium Hydrate.
2. Something which the whole world should be eating right now.

The company might come in his office after a few days and ask him to do a commercial for em'.

Paying him in free pickle for a year no doubt.

I donno though, I reserve British food for either a dare or a national emergency, but if I got it for free I'd try it.
