I wait for further developments.

Hmm... I send an emissary to talk to the leader of the T'DROWN and negotiate to determine WHY Stenya's chosen people have been invaded.

In his entourage, and unbeknownst to him, I have an expert assassin, prepared to kill the emissary and frame the people of T'DROWN if the negotiations fail.

Seeing as I have no intension of negotiating with terrorists, I have the emissary and his entourage decapitated, sending the bodies back to their master. I hence placing the heads on spikes, as a warning to anyone whom dares attack my nation.

This is quite a beneficial development for Stenyala (but I don't tell the people that)

I make an announcement "That the time has come to forget about sects and cults. Because truly it must be said that we went to them in peace and they met us in war! We asked for no more than negotiation, and they have harmed a man on a holy mission of Stenya! The time has come for all true followers of the Great Hyena to take up arms and stand, shoulder to shoulder, against these invaders. We have done nothing to them! We attempted to negotiate peace, and see what we have been given! And when the tongue fails the claws must do its work. Defend your homes! Defend your families! And defend your God! For Stenya!"

I also have messengers sent to the international community pointing out that T'DROWN killed a peaceful diplomat.

Your ministers are afraid to speak out against this action. You are congratulated by many junior officers within the army that is currently within Stenyana. There is a small downside to your actions; the army of T’DROWN have taken it upon themselves to punish any partisan activity within the area they control in the same matter.



News spreads about murder, pillaging and rape being committed by T’DROWN soldiers. This, combined with your rousing speech has caused the people and the army to see you as the undisputed leader of Stenyana.



There is no international community. There are only 5 active countries and it is up to the individual rulers to determine if they will officially condemn the actions of T’DROWN or not.

Seeing no response from the public, I continue to wait for no reason.

This is great news, I meet with a few senior officers from the army and congratulate them, both on their well inacted defence of the realm, and their maintaining order in Stenyana. While there I inspect the troops, and give them a grand speech, thanking them for their valour, and that their nation, and their President are truly grateful.

Alright. Have someone analyze the military tactics and experience of T'DROWN, and in the meantime, organize a group which will employ guerrilla tactics against forces of T'DROWN who are in our holy land.

Because our enemy is known to use terrorism, being after all terrorists, my army is well equiped to fight them. I establish a network of informants within the areas controlled by the glourious army of T'DROWN. In order to encourage the locals to come forward with information about the terrorist scum, I use heavy propaganda to show their people that Stenya-Otal is a false phophet, and that by joining us, they can be saved.

I'm an interventionalist and want to aid other revolutionaries, so a big part of my foreign and military policy is to offer training and covert aid to groups that I believe mirror my country's ideals. I'll send out a cable to anyone in a state of war to see what the situation is and learn abotu the conflict to choose a side.

Seeing as nothing is going on, I fund an RSSAR rebel leader whom has links to my great nation.

Quite simply, all my plot points have dried up and mostly died. I need an event, possibly two.

Speaking of regime change, unless we get new events soon I'm going to have to invade the GM chair instead .

I completely ignore the rebels demands for democracy or capitalism or whatever they want, and focus on the foreign funding, painting them as at best gangsters and at worst foreign invaders.

I ask my people to capture them alive, so they can be reeducated and confess that they work for none other than (insert name of Lecter's guy here). This will serve as a pretense for a war which I'm already preparing for while using the pathetic guerilla assault as training.
