Yikes... "Grew up with the N64?" I feel old.
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

but didnt Microsoft beat Nintendo's Wii Virtual Console to the punch already,.with XBOX Live?

Nintendo beat them by about ten years. And (I've recently discovered) Intellivision beat them to it by over 20.

I wouldn't say I grew up with the N64, it was a part of my mid teenage years.

The NES and SNES however, they were my babies.

Yeah, I know what you mean, but every now and then people start talking about the Atari and I fell young again. Me? I grew up with the Amiga 2000. My parents didn't see the point of buying a 'technically inferior' console, despite the fact that it had different games.

Edit: I made this post having no idea that SSH had actually made a topic on the Atari 2600.
