Just finished playing Unreal like I do every year.
Now playing Return to Na Pali.

After that on Unreal Tournament I am going to setup a Co op game of Operation Na Pali. Who would like to join me?

La-Mulana. New-school old-school, challenging, free-exploring. Think about what would happen if someone combined the platforming/exploring elements of the original Metroid with a Japanese counterpart to Indiana Jones who is decidedly Simon Belmontish, wrote it for a computer, gave it a map, and didn't have the size limitations of an NES cartridge.

Yoshi's Island on the SNES. It's the baddest game ever.

Anyway, it's approximately 265% more fun than a barrel of monkeys. Not really as great as Super Mario World, but very few games are.

I'm playing Fable for the first time. I'm going around getting people to fall in love with me, and having sex with my husband and my wife. tongue.gif Such a silly game.

I was a bit concerned about the fact that I was aging 30x as fast as all those other people around me when I played that game. Heroes sure are a perishable good.

That's true. It lists that I'm 47, but only 14 days in the game have passed? Oh well, at least I get a lot of action. tongue.gif

Heh. Ya. And you can still keep it up when you're 70. Quite impressive, eh?

Well I have just finished playing Return to Na Pali. Compared to last year I made efficient use out of all the weapons and dodging moves.

Now for me to launch the addon game Operation Na Pali in co op mode.
I take the emptiness to my question above as a no no to people here. Better go round asking old players on my contacts.

Currently playing Reinstall All Your Programs After You Install Vista. It's not a very good game.

That game came free with my Alienware!

Now I just have to wait until they work out the problems with Microsoft.

I'm currently playing 'Can't afford good games'

Although in the very, very near future I hope to be playing the Space Quest collection.

I have to play games with setting the presentation of Windows XP to plain without those annoying patronising animations that just get in the way such as search - I just hate it every time I have to go in the registry to set that and the xy mouse acceleration curves before I can play any other game for straight mouse movement without the wrong x to y ratio. They were too busy making it look pretty and trendy than giving the user a choice such as the settings they had before.

I call it Windows Xtra Pretty.

I too am playing "have lots of fun with your exclusive MSDN business subscription" right now, after Win XP Professional x64 turned out to be of little to none interest for driver programmers, Vista Enterprise x64 is next on my list, should be downloaded in about one hour.

And Dee, I totally agree on the point of Microsoft having no idea about good design and conciliatory use of effects with XP, but damn, that's nothing against the disastrous eye-candy monster called Vista.

I run XP in 'classic mode'. I hate the general XP look, it just strikes me as tacky. I am not looking forward to Vista in the slightest. I don't expect to upgrade until I have to.

Yeah, that's probably for the better. The enterprise version's running rather smoothly now, still there's not as much Vista and x65 support for drivers as I'd like it to be... and where the bloody hell can I change the settings for the crossover frequency in here? Yeargh, it just ain't no fun without the bass kicking into my stomach. sad.gif

This game's getting boring pretty soon.
